These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ai-daybook (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ai-daybook is a personal life-logging assistant you interact with through Telegram. It interprets your messages and records meals, activities, plans, reminders, belongings, and similar entries, and can optionally sync events to your Google Calendar. The Service is provided by an independent developer based in Spain (EU) and is currently offered as an invite-only beta.
You agree not to:
ai-daybook is not a medical, health, nutritional, financial, or legal service. Information it provides — including calorie and macronutrient estimates, activity summaries, and medication reminders — is for personal informational and organizational purposes only, and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified professional for medical or other decisions. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something the Service produced. Medication reminders are an organizational convenience and must not be relied upon as a clinical or safety-critical system.
The Service uses AI models that infer and estimate. Outputs — including logged values and answers to your questions — may be incomplete or incorrect. By design, ai-daybook records reasonable estimates without asking unnecessary questions; you are responsible for reviewing entries and correcting them (which you can do at any time by sending a message). Do not rely on the Service as the sole record for anything important.
The Service relies on third parties, including Telegram and (optionally) Google. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting an integration authorizes ai-daybook to act on your behalf within the scope you grant; you can disconnect at any time.
You retain ownership of the content you send and the records created from it. You grant ai-daybook a limited license to process, store, and display that content for the sole purpose of operating the Service for you. You can request export or deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ai-daybook and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
